Move This Section

The easiest way to move a section is to drag-and-drop. You can click on the section you want to move and, without letting go of the mouse button, drag that section to its new position in the Site Tree. An outlined box will appear wherever your mouse is hovering. Simply release the mouse button to place the section in its new place. The changes will appear instantly on the Live Site. The Move This Section feature also allows you to move a section from one location to another.

To move a section using this method, follow these steps:

1. Select a section in the Site Tree that you want to move.
2. Click on Move This Section.
3. Click on the section you would like to move your selected section to.
4. For example: Staff Directory is the section that will be moved. I will click on the job Opportunity section. The Staff Directory will now become a subsection under Job Opportunity.
